Sechura is a kitesurf spot located in the Sechura Desert, in the Piura region of Peru. Sechura Bay offers a vast body of water with regular windy conditions. The south wind blows regularly in the afternoon between 15 and 25 knots from March to December. The bay offers flat water areas sheltered from the open sea. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. The environment is desert-like and isolated, with little infrastructure.
