Punta Rocas is a world-renowned surf spot located in the Punta Negra district, south of Lima in Peru. This spot regularly hosts international surfing competitions. The south wind blows in the afternoon between 12 and 20 knots from May to December. The spot is primarily a surf spot with powerful waves over a rocky bottom. The spot is reserved for expert riders for kitesurfing. The water is cool (16-20°C).
