Overview

Ifaty is a kitesurfing spot located on the southwest coast of Madagascar, near Tulear. The spot faces west and is protected by a large coral reef forming a lagoon. The southeast trade winds blow side-shore. The lagoon offers conditions suited to intermediate riders with flat water behind the reef.
