Restrictions: in summer at low tide, the swimming area moves to the kite zone for swimmers' safety (SNSM), so the kite zone becomes reduced. The surf school and swimmers have priority, and the safety distance between activities must be respected. The kite launching area is at the end of the beach.
Parking
Parking on the north side (avenue de la plage). Very crowded.
Hazards
Caution, since the storms, significant sand movements have revealed a rocky area downwind and strong currents.
Summer 2022, the sandbank has grown much larger compared to what I've read here and on other sites (like https://intranet.ffvl.fr/sites_pratique/voir/2300)
Wind specificities
From NW to South. For the estuary area, it's clearly better with W to SW winds.
